Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join its Global Compensation team in San Francisco. You will partner with Engineering, Hardware, Revenue and G&A groups to advise on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations.

You will analyze market trends for cash, equity and total rewards, design benchmarking programs, and deliver manager-focused guides and executive-ready presentations. You’ll also lead AI-enabled workflow initiatives to modernize compensation processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and HRBPs.
Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and benchmarking tools Radford, Pave, Compa.

Responsibilities

Serve as compensation business partner for Engineering and Hardware / Revenue and G&A groups, advising on pay decisions, offers, promotions and job evaluations.
Analyze competitive trends in cash, equity and total rewards to inform program design and pay positioning.
Deliver training materials and executive-ready presentations that explain Snap's compensation programs.
Project-manage AI-enabled workflows and build enablement resources for the team.
