Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join the Global Compensation team. You will advise HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations for engineering, hardware, revenue and G&A groups.

You will analyze cash, equity, and total rewards using market tools and deliver executive-ready training and communications. The role also champions AI-enabled workflows to modernize compensation processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
Experience as a compensation business partner to client groups or senior leaders.
Hands-on with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred) and market benchmarking tools (Radford, Pave, Compa).

Responsibilities

Serve as compensation business partner for assigned Engineering and Hardware/Revenue and G&A groups, advising on pay decisions, offers, promotions and job evaluations.
Analyze competitive trends in cash, equity, and total rewards to inform program design and pay positioning.
Deliver training and communication materials to help leaders understand Snap's compensation programs.
Act as AI champion by identifying and rolling out AI-enabled workflows and enabling resources.
