Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Compensation Manager to drive short-term incentive programs, job evaluations, and equity tax reporting. You will partner with HR and leadership to ensure competitive pay and equitable structures. This role requires CCP-desired experience, Workday proficiency, and a focus on hay-based evaluations.

You will mentor compensation analysts and lead regional compensation projects, including annual merit processes and compliance with evolving pay regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• CCP certification is desirable.
• Experience with Hay evaluation methodology is required.
• Strong analytical and benchmarking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual incentive design for sales and non-sales programs.
• Oversee merit planning, communications, and system testing.
• Lead equity and LTIP tax reporting coordination with Payroll.
