Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead high-impact compensation programs, including short-term incentives, job evaluations, compliance and major compensation projects. The role partners closely with the Director of Compensation and HR leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' compensation experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and familiarity with Workday. CCP certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field
• 5+ years of compensation experience
• 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing preferred
• CCP certification desirable
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Knowledge of Hay compensation methodology desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage annual incentive design and implementation of short-term incentive programs
• Administer short-term incentive programs including payout process and communications
• Leverage analytics and benchmarking to recommend compensation strategies
• Lead Pay-for-Skill program implementation for applicable sites
• Participate in regional and national compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning
• Manage Equity Management and LTIP tax reporting in coordination with Payroll
