Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead high-impact compensation programs, including short-term incentives, job evaluations, compliance, and key projects. The role partners with the Director of Compensation, HR, and leadership to align pay with organizational strategy.

You will manage annual incentive design, administer payout processes, benchmark internally and externally, and lead Pay-for-Skill initiatives. A CCP or Workday experience are valued in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR-focused preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing preferred.
• CCP certification desirable (not required).
• Experience with compensation philosophies and methodologies; Hay methodology desirable.
• Regular attendance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual incentive design and implementation for sales and non-sales incentives.
• Administer short-term incentive programs, including annual payout processes and communications.
• Leverage analytics and market data to recommend compensation strategies.
• Lead Pay-for-Skill implementation at applicable sites.
• Partner with Global Remuneration Network on compensation topics across business groups.
• Support annual merit planning with communications and training as needed.
• Evaluate jobs using Hay Job Evaluation for accuracy and consistency; address inquiries.
