Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Director Compensation to lead the strategy design, governance and global Total Rewards programs for assigned Business Group(s). You will guide internal stakeholders, drive improvements and ensure market competitiveness in a complex regulatory landscape.

In this role you will manage local TR programs, provide expert input to global TR initiatives, and lead a small team while partnering with HR and business leaders to align compensation with Amcor’s priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business or related field.
• 12–15+ years of progressive TR/compensation in complex matrix organizations.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and Excel modeling; HRIS experience for compensation modules.
• Strong organizational, project/change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate independently and guide peers or teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Total Rewards strategy and priorities for the assigned Business Group(s).
• Ensure global TR programs are implemented consistently and aligned with global direction.
• Provide TR expertise to internal stakeholders including BG/HR LTs.
• Lead change management and program alignment/harmonization where needed.
• Ensure accurate benchmark data and recommend program improvements.
