Job summary

Amcor seeks a Director of Compensation to lead strategy, governance, and compliance for Total Rewards within assigned Business Groups. This role guides internal stakeholders, ensures alignment with global rules, and navigates evolving regulatory landscapes to maintain market competitiveness.

You will design programs, benchmark rigorously, and drive continuous improvements while managing a team of TR professionals and coordinating with HR leaders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, HR, business or related field.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and Excel modeling proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS systems for compensation modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Total Rewards strategy for assigned Business Groups.
• Ensure global TR programs are consistently implemented and aligned with local needs.
• Lead change management and program alignment; provide guidance to internal teams.
