Job summary

Amcor is seeking a seasoned Compensation Analyst to provide advanced analytical support for Total Rewards processes and annual activities. You will manage data accuracy, reporting, and system enhancements within a global governance framework.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Workday and SuccessFactors, and the ability to work with HR and business leaders to resolve queries and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in a multinational environment.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, market data interpretation, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of Total Rewards processes and annual cycles (e.g., merit review, incentive calculations, benefits administration) in line with business priorities.
• Lead system setups, data validations, and maintenance of TR-related tools and databases.
• Prepare materials, manage data reporting and data submission to support external benchmarks.
• Manage job evaluations.
• Respond to TR-related queries from HR teams, business leaders and employees; ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and frameworks.
