You will work with the Director of Compensation and HR partners to align pay with strategy and market realities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation experience.
• 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing preferred.
• CCP certification desirable.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hay compensation methodology desirable.
• Regular attendance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Frequent interaction with others.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement annual incentive programs to attract and retain talent.
• Administer short-term incentive programs including payout processes and communications.
• Use analytics and benchmarks to shape compensation strategies.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and present data to diverse audiences.
• Lead Pay-for-Skill program implementation.
• Collaborate with Global Remuneration Network on projects.
• Support annual merit planning with communications and training.
• Perform Hay Job Evaluations for accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct hourly compensation benchmarking with AFNA plants.
• Participate in regional and national compensation surveys.
• Manage EMIP and LTIP tax reporting with Payroll team.
• Stay updated on FLSA and local pay regulations.
• Mentor Compensation Analyst team.
• Manage compensation related projects.
