Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Manager of Compensation to shape and optimize our compensation strategy for a nationwide workforce. You will lead base pay programs, annual incentives, and market analyses to attract, retain, and reward talent.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge of compliance with compensation laws. Remote-friendly with opportunities to engage in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of relevant compensation experience.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience with base pay programs, merit cycles, and pay structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee base pay programs, merit cycles, modeling, and salary structures to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
• Lead administration of annual incentive programs and serve as primary policy contact.
• Advise leaders on compensation issues and review complex cases.
• Manage job design and evaluation, including descriptions, leveling, and titling.
• Oversee external salary surveys and ensure timely evaluation of market data.
• Contribute to performance management initiatives and system enhancements.
