The role requires 4 years in compensation, 1 year of people management, and experience with Workday. Remote-friendly position supporting a nationwide team with strong analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of relevant compensation experience.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience with broad base compensation programs and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee base pay programs including merit cycles and salary structures.
• Lead administration of annual incentive programs and policies.
• Advise business leaders on compensation issues and align strategies with goals.
• Manage job design, evaluation, and titling to stay current.
