You will align roles with market data, maintain internal equity, and prepare job descriptions in collaboration with HR partners.

The role requires 5 years of related experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and expertise in compensation practices and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 5 years of job-related experience.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and laws (federal, state, and local).

Responsibilities

• Implements, administers and supports execution of compensation programs including base pay, incentive and/or commission plans.
• Aligns internal roles with market data; recommends pay structures and salary ranges; maintains internal equity.
• Prepares and revises job descriptions and conducts description audits.
• Keeps current on market trends and regulatory environment; educates management on FLSA compliance.
• Collaborates with Legal, Finance and HR on compliance, budgeting and taxation; handles senior-level offers and inquiries.
• Calculates annual payouts under incentive plans; ensures accuracy and timely payouts.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees act as risk managers per the company risk management program.
