Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS).
• At least 5 years of related compensation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designs and administers base pay, incentive and compensation programs.
• Aligns roles with market data and ensures internal equity.
• Prepares and revises job descriptions with managers and HR partners.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations (FLSA, etc.).
• Collaborates with Legal, Finance, and HR on compensation-related matters and offers.
• Calculates annual payouts and analyzes results for management.
