• Creates, revises and audits job descriptions with HR partners.
• Analyzes compensation data and ensures compliance with FLSA and regulations.
• Collaborates with Legal, Finance and HR on budgets and offers.
• Manages annual incentive payouts and oversees long‑term equity administration.
