Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and manage compensation programs aligned with business objectives and talent strategy. The role partners with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to ensure equity and competitiveness while supporting relocation to Warroad, MN with a comprehensive relocation package.

You will lead annual merit processes, market adjustments, and program governance, delivering data-driven insights for workforce planning and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including strategic program design.
• CCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with multi-location manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy design aligned with business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
• Evaluate and implement innovative compensation programs to support growth.
• Design, implement and manage base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
• Lead annual merit, bonus cycles, and market adjustments.
• Maintain salary structures and pay ranges.
• Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations.
• Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders on offers and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with pay regulations and equity analyses.
• Develop compensation metrics and dashboards; report to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives like job architecture.
