Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and manage compensation programs aligned with business goals, talent strategy, and market competitiveness. You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to ensure equity and competitiveness across locations.

The role supports a robust relocation program for Warroad, MN, with extensive benefits and a focus on compliant governance, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience with strategic program design.
• CCP or similar certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Payfactors, HRSoft, and compensation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
• Design, implement, and manage base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
