Job summary
Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Warroad, MN. The role designs and administers base, bonus, and equity programs, guiding leaders on pay decisions and market trends.
It requires 5+ years of compensation experience, CCP preferred, with relocation support for interested candidates. You will lead annual merit cycles, market adjustments, and governance processes, partnering with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to ensure equity and competitiveness across multi-location
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience with strategic program design.
- Deep expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, and salary structures.
- Experience supporting multi-location/manufacturing organizations preferred.
- CCP or similar certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
- Evaluate and implement innovative compensation programs to support growth.
- Conduct market benchmarking and maintain salary structures and pay ranges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and leaders on compensation matters.
