Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and manage compensation programs aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness. The role partners with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to drive performance, equity, and talent retention.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including strategic program design.
- Deep expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, and salary structures.
- Experience supporting multi-location/manufacturing organizations preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation strategy development aligned with business priorities.
- Provide guidance on philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
- Manage base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
- Oversee merit planning, bonus cycles, and market adjustments.
- Conduct pay equity analyses and governance.
