Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including strategic program design.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and job evaluation.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and communication skills.
