Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and manage compensation programs that align with our business objectives. You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to attract, retain, and reward talent while maintaining equity and competitiveness.

The role includes overseeing base pay, incentives, and equity programs, leading merit cycles, and conducting market analysis to support growth. A relocation benefit package is available for candidates relocating to Warroad, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including strategic program design.
• Deep expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, and salary structures.
• Experience supporting multi-location/manufacturing organizations preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
• Evaluate and recommend innovative compensation programs to support growth and transformation.
• Lead the annual compensation processes, including merit planning, bonus cycles, and market adjustments.
• Ensure programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on compensation matters.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives such as job architecture design or system implementations.
