Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and manage compensation programs aligned with business goals, talent strategy, and market competitiveness. You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to drive performance, equity, and external competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including strategic program design.
• Deep expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, and salary structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
• Oversee annual compensation processes, merit planning, bonus cycles, and market adjustments.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
• Develop and analyze compensation metrics, dashboards, and reports; ensure data integrity.
