Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and three years’ experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of seven years of successful community management experience or equivalent professional experience with staff management.
• Management experience in a small/medium organization with responsibility for more than one department.
• Understanding of building management, condominium law, financial planning and related regulations.
• Valid Driver’s License and state mandated vehicle insurance
• Commitment to obtain CPM, PCAM, ARM or AMS designations or equivalent

• Provide leadership for short- and long-range plans; set goals and guide execution.
• Review organizational structure and roles; advise Board on changes.
• Partner with public, private, and volunteer groups to deliver community services.
• Supervise all community staff per management plan and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement annual budgets; monitor monthly financials.
• Lead Board meetings with prepared agendas and reports.
