Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead the management, direction, and operation of the community in alignment with company objectives.

You will work with the association, Board of Directors, developer, and staff to resolve issues, manage budgets, and ensure high service levels. Strong managerial, customer service, and supervisory skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Property Management, Hotel and/or Retail strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with similar complexity.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated per Company objectives.
• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state statutes and community documents.
• Develops and submits annual budgets with thorough analysis and market considerations.
• Manages resident relations and ensures high service levels with timely resolution of concerns.
• Oversees construction projects to completion within budget and timeline.
• Maintains industry contacts and participates in associations and vendor outreach.
• Prepares management reports and board presentations.
