Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a seasoned Community Operations Manager to lead operations across master-planned communities. You will oversee on-site activities, budgeting, hiring, and cross‑functional collaboration with regional teams.

The role requires 3+ years of large-scale community management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel locally and out of state. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and CAM credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum managing a large-scale, master-planned community.
• Strong leadership, organizational and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, financials, operations, and team management.
• Assist onboarding of managers and team members.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
