Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead daily operations, align goals with the company mission, oversee assets, vendors, and resources, and ensure compliance with governing documents.

You will build relationships with residents, board members, and staff, manage budgets and reporting, develop risk management programs, mentor the onsite team, and advise the board on long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in onsite community management or related field
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; CAM license required within 90 days of hire in specified states

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to align with CCMC’s mission and govern assets, vendors, and resources.
• Build strong relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives for financial transparency.
• Develop and execute risk management programs and long-term planning across communities.
• Lead and mentor onsite teams, focusing on delegation, collaboration, and performance development.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy decisions.
