Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead a large, master-planned community with 4,600+ homes. You will drive daily operations, oversee assets and vendors, and align activities with CCMC’s mission of integrity, respect, service, and community.

You’ll build strong relationships with residents, board members, and staff, manage budgets and risk programs, mentor the onsite team, and advise the board on long-term planning to enhance the resident

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite HOA/community management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, Georgia; within 90 days in other states.

Responsibilities

• Drive community initiatives and align operations with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members and staff.
• Ensure financial accountability through budgets and variance reports.
• Maintain risk management compliance and long-term planning.
• Develop and motivate the onsite team through coaching and mentoring.
• Guide strategic decisions by advising the board on policy and planning.
• Engage the community with inclusive resident meetings and participation.
