Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Community Manager in San Antonio to lead day-to-day operations for a large master-planned community. You will drive initiatives, manage budgets, and foster resident engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HOA/community management, a related bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. CAM licensing may be required within 90 days in some states.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management or HOA experience.
• Strong operational and financial background, with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive community initiatives and align goals with CCMC's mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring governance compliance.
• Foster relationships with residents, board members, and staff via clear communication.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and ensure financial transparency.
• Develop risk management programs and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead and mentor the onsite team with delegation and performance development.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy making.
• Engage the community through resident meetings and inclusive activities.
