Capital Consultants Management Corporation in the United States is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead daily operations, oversee assets, vendors, and ensure compliance with governing documents to support a thriving community.

The role emphasizes resident experience, collaboration with residents, board members and staff, budgeting, risk management, and team development to drive strategic planning and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days in other states)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to align with CCMC’s mission and governance documents
• Build relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives for financial transparency
• Develop and execute risk management programs and long-term planning
• Lead and mentor the onsite team, delegating and developing performance
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy decisions
• Facilitate resident meetings and promote inclusion and participation
