Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead daily operations, oversee assets and vendors, and ensure compliance with governing documents. You will foster strong ties with residents, board members, and staff, while guiding budget planning and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of onsite HOA experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a passion for resident experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management experience.
• Strong operational and financial background.
• CAM license preferred or required in certain states (industry standard).

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations to align with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board and staff.
• Ensure budgets, variance reports, and board directives are managed.
• Maintain risk management programs and policy adherence.
• Lead onsite team through delegation and development.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy.
• Facilitate resident meetings and participation opportunities.
