Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite HOA community management or related hospitality, parks, or municipal work.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM designation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background, MVR, and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive community initiatives and align operations with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure financial accountability through budgets, variance reports, and board directives.
• Maintain risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Develop and motivate onsite teams through delegation and coaching.
• Guide strategic decisions and provide board-facing insights on policy.
