Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a Community Operations Manager to lead on-site operations, oversee hiring, budgets, and team performance, and support large master-planned communities. You will manage onboarding, maintain accurate files, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and travel readiness to support multiple communities and deliver regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years managing a large-scale, master-planned community.
• Operational background and understanding of community financials.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed.
• Proficient in Windows environment and related tools.
• Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site as needed and oversee hiring, finances, operations, and team.
• Assist SVP/VP with onboarding of managers and team members.
• Maintain content in network file locations for accuracy.
• Support our large communities as a strategic partner.
• Perform full-cycle budget updates.
• Analyze issues within teams and provide resources and best practices.
• Travel to multiple communities to learn and lend support.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports and maintain BOD/BWU reporting.
