Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee daily operations, assets, and vendor relations for a large HOA community. The role focuses on safeguarding financial integrity, fostering resident engagement, and guiding strategic planning with board collaboration.

You will lead onsite teams, manage budgets, and implement risk management programs while ensuring alignment with governing documents and CCMC’s mission.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred). CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and assets to meet community goals.
• Build connections with residents, board members, and staff.
• Manage budgets and variance reports; align with directives.
• Develop risk management programs and policies.
• Lead onsite team development and mentorship.
• Advise the board on long-term planning.
• Facilitate resident meetings to encourage participation.
