Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with governing documents and CCMC’s mission. The role emphasizes resident engagement, vendor management, and strategic oversight to enhance the resident experience.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of onsite HOA management, a Bachelor’s degree or related certifications, and a strong commitment to integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or related certifications; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the community and manage assets, vendors, and resources with governance compliance.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and ensure financial transparency and alignment with community goals.
