Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Community Manager for Riverchase Apartments in Indianapolis, IN. You will guide on-site operations, supervise leasing and maintenance staff, and work with leadership to meet budgetary and performance goals.

The ideal candidate has residential property management experience, CAM certification preferred, and strong communication skills. This role requires availability weekdays and some Saturdays, with a focus on delivering excellent resident service and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management or relevant leadership experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of applicable Fair Housing laws

Responsabilités

• Manage on-site leasing and maintenance teams and set performance goals.
• Collaborate with Recruiter and Regional Manager on hiring and interviews.
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision for leasing and maintenance teams.
• Create site-level meeting framework for clear communication within the team.
• Act as decision maker for resident and prospect feedback and concerns.
• Utilize property management software to evaluate occupancy and financial performance.
• Collaborate on marketing strategy implementation.
• Oversee maintenance operations including unit turns and preventative maintenance.
• Manage site-level Capital Expenditure projects with leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
