Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager in Indiana to lead daily apartment community operations, maximize cash flow, and ensure exceptional resident service. You will coordinate property activities, manage staff, and uphold NOI goals while maintaining a high-quality living environment.

Under the Regional Property Manager, you’ll supervise financial performance, ensure accurate reporting, and implement capital improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience
• CPM designation preferred
• Experience with Yardi software advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and work toward achieving budgeted NOI
• Maximize cash flow by optimizing revenue and controlling delinquencies
• Prepare annual operating budgets with Accounting and Regional Property Manager
• Ensure leasing and property operations align with policies and legal requirements
• Support leasing teams and monitor marketing and occupancy goals
