Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment property management or leasing experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with daily apartment community operations.
• Assist with leasing, lease renewals, and resident retention.
• Build positive relationships with residents and resolve questions or concerns professionally.
• Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain accurate lease files and documentation.
• Support marketing efforts, leasing traffic, and resident engagement.
