Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment property management or leasing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and property management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with daily apartment community operations
• Assist with leasing, lease renewals, and resident retention
• Build positive relationships with residents and resolve questions professionally
• Process rent payments and maintain financial records
• Prepare reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents
• Maintain accurate lease files and documentation
• Support marketing efforts, leasing traffic, and resident engagement
• Help ensure the community operates efficiently and provides a positive resident experience
