Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship building background/skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills in oral, written and listening contexts.

• Ability to read and understand financial statements and budgets.
• CMCA strongly desired or must be obtained by year 2 of employment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards and maintain ethical conduct.
• Interact with Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to advise and guide.
• Attend meetings, coordinate activities, and ensure regulatory compliance and project delivery.
• Oversee association financials, budgets, invoices, and reporting.
