Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an On-Site Community Manager to lead and oversee operations for a homeowner association. You will partner with the Board, manage staff, budget, and ensure compliance, safety, and service delivery across the community.

Responsibilities include developing plans, supervising staff, reporting financials, coordinating with emergency services, and driving improvements while maintaining strong communication with residents and committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and three years’ experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for short-term and long-range plans.
• Review organization structure and functions; advise Board on changes.
• Develop and manage annual budgets; monitor monthly financials.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise community staff.
• Coordinate with emergency organizations for evacuation plans as needed.
