Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building background.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read financial statements and budgets.
• CMCA strongly desired or must be obtained within two years.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Board, homeowners, and vendors with professional judgment.
• Prepare annual draft budget and manage within the approved plan.
• Ensure compliance with civil code and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Oversee vendor relations and RFP processes.
• Contribute industry knowledge and leadership to client associations.
