FirstService Residential is seeking a temporary Community Manager in California to advise a Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors, handling multiple associations with independent judgment.

You will oversee financial operations, prepare annual budgets, ensure compliance with civil codes, manage insurance needs, and coordinate board meetings, while supporting communications and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional community service.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or comparable business experience.
• CMCA preferred; will be required within two years.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee association fiscal management and budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with civil code and insurance needs.
• Coordinate board meetings and prepare agendas.
• Maintain vendor relations and RFP processes.
• Provide content for community website and newsletters.
