Absolute Business Solutions Corp is seeking a Strategic Communications Manager to support AFNCR IT services from Joint Base Andrews, MD. This on-site role requires security clearance and navigation of senior leadership communications in a high-visibility environment.

You will develop strategic communications, advise government leaders, and produce executive briefings, white papers, and newsletters while coordinating across multiple squadrons and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
• Specialized knowledge in strategic communications and IT operations communications.
• Ability to translate technical and operational information into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic communications plans for the 844th Communications Group.
• Create executive-level briefings, white papers, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate messaging across squadrons, bases, and mission partners to ensure consistency.
• Provide strategic counsel to Government leadership and senior executives.
• Support development of the AFNCR ITS Service Catalog and related communications.
