Job summary
Sunayu, LLC seeks an IT Strategic Communications Manager to support the AFNCR ITS program at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will develop, maintain, and improve the AFNCR ITS Catalog and lead communications aligned with Air Force goals.
The role requires government-facing communications, executive briefings, and collaboration with UX teams to enhance customer experience and mission support.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic communications planning.
- Ability to coordinate messaging across bases and squadrons.
- Advise leadership on best practices for communications.
- Support IT program messaging with process improvement.
- Train personnel on effective communication techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic communications plan within AFNCR.
- Develop and implement comms strategies supporting Air Force operations.
- Coordinate messaging across squadrons, bases, and departments.
- Advise leadership on communication best practices and strategy.
- Ensure IT communications align with broader military objectives.
- Create newsletters and notifications for IT service updates.
- Prepare executive-level briefings and white papers as needed.
- Engage with base leadership to strengthen customer-IT partnerships.
