JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Strategic Communications Manager to support AFNCR ITS program across JBA, JB Anacostia-Bolling, and the Pentagon. You will craft and maintain communications strategies that improve visibility, adoption of IT services, and stakeholder engagement with leadership and squadrons.

The role requires a Secret clearance and experience in federal government communications, policy alignment, and UX collaboration to enhance customer experience and mission outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience; master’s degree may substitute.
• Experience supporting military or government organizations.
• Familiarity with defense communication strategies and public affairs practices.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategic communication plans.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a strategic communications plan supporting 844th Communications Group and AFNCR objectives.
• Coordinate messaging across squadrons, bases, and departments for consistent communications.
• Advise leadership on communication best practices and stakeholder engagement.
• Support alignment with DoD IT priorities through integrated communications initiatives.
• Train personnel on effective communication techniques and best practices.
• Maintain an on-site presence within Base Communications Squadrons to engage leadership and strengthen partnerships.
