ABSC seeks a Strategic Communications Manager to develop and execute strategic communications for AFNCR ITS2. You will work with government leadership, base squadrons, and mission partners to deliver executive-level briefings, white papers, and leadership communications.

Primary onsite role at Joint Base Andrews, MD with occasional telework based on mission needs and client approval. Requires an active Secret clearance or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in strategic communications or IT operations communications.
• Ability to advise government personnel and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic communications plans aligned with AFNCR goals.
• Coordinate messaging across squadrons, installations and departments.
• Advise leadership on best practices for executive communications and messaging.
• Translate technical information into clear, data-driven executive content.
• Create executive tours, mission briefings, and leadership communications.
