Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Communications & Change Management professional to drive strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for customer transformations and technology implementations.

You will partner with project teams and leadership to ensure readiness, adoption, and engagement across employees and customers. The role covers communications planning, multi-channel execution, and measurement of effectiveness.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication and change management plans across customer, operational, technology, and enterprise initiatives.
Experience conducting stakeholder assessments and supporting change impact identification activities.
Ability to partner with project teams to identify communication needs, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Proven skill in creating audience-focused, clear, timely messaging across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic communications and change management plans supporting transformation initiatives.
Create communications for employees, leaders, customers, and external stakeholders across channels (email, intranet, SharePoint, social media, presentations).
Serve as a communications consultant to business partners and project teams; build relationships with leaders and subject matter experts.
Support employee engagement initiatives through targeted communications and feedback mechanisms.
Develop reports and dashboards to evaluate communication effectiveness and adoption efforts.
Coordinate messaging for leadership meetings, town halls, and stakeholder briefings.
