You will partner with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, build an end-to-end master schedule, and govern complex SAP-based transformations. Qualifications

• 11 to 15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise program management and technology transformations.
• Foundational corporate systems and asset-related business processes, ideally within SAP environments spanning Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
• Master scheduler or deep technical expertise in constructing and tracking multi-layered enterprise program schedules.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies, with hands-on experience utilizing SAFe preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Jira Software, Confluence, Fig Jam, and Jira Align, alongside comfort leveraging modern AI productivity tools.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, bridging delivery teams and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units and DT stakeholders to align priorities and maintain integrated delivery plans.
• Integrated Master Scheduling: Build and manage end-to-end master schedule for technology delivery tracks.
• Execution Governance: Establish governance routines and reporting for predictable delivery across teams.
• Risk & Impact Management: Identify cross-portfolio impacts and escalate blockers with clarity.
• Organizational Change & Compliance: Align teams to new processes and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Metrics & Accountability: Define and analyze key success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
