Responsibilities

• Operationalize CDP’s change management framework and improve related standards and resources.
• Lead change intake, scope requests, and set priorities with the Senior Director.
• Design tailored change strategies for cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop change plans, success measures, and roadmaps.
• Facilitate leadership discussions and cross-functional planning sessions.
• Advise sponsors on change impacts and adoption approaches.
• Monitor adoption and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead development of internal communications across Teams, email, and intranet.
• Ensure communications align with audiences and priorities.
• Act as trusted communications advisor to leaders and owners.
