Job summary

Integra seeks a Senior Employee & Change Communications Manager to lead enterprise employee communications, engagement, and channels across the organization. You will partner with HR and leaders to ensure timely, clear messaging about initiatives, policies, and changes.

You will own intranet, newsletters, town halls, and stakeholder communications, while developing plans that support company goals and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of communications experience.
• Experience leading large-scale employee and change communications initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, editing and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting a high growth organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise employee communications strategy and execution.
• Own internal channels including intranet, newsletters, town halls and updates.
• Create communication plans aligning with company goals and priorities.
• Ensure messaging consistency across employee-facing channels.
• Develop change communication strategies for organizational changes and initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and HR to improve understanding and adoption.
• Draft executive presentations, speeches and leadership materials.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting and measurement of initiatives.
