Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a sales professional to promote and sell security solutions to commercial customers in the Appleton area. You will act as a brand steward, clearly communicating the value of our security services and technology while driving profitable sales and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires promoting Johnson Controls Security products, expanding market share, and managing accounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present effectively to senior-level executives.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security solutions to commercial customers in the local territory.
• Build new market share with local commercial customers and manage relationships.
• Grow existing accounts through add-ons, renewals, and upgrades.
• Identify prospects and maintain productive customer relationships.
• Lead call plans and territory management to drive pipeline and close deals.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and post-installation follow-up with customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and customer needs.
